Can't connect your LinkedIn company page?

If your LinkedIn company page doesn't show up when connecting, it's almost always a permissions issue. Here's how to fix it — you need "Super Admin" access to the page, or someone who has it.

The problem

When you try to connect a LinkedIn company page, it doesn't appear in the connection screen.

Why this happens

LinkedIn only lets you connect a company page if you have "Super Admin" access to that page. If you don't, the page won't show up as an option when connecting — even if you can post to it from LinkedIn directly.

How to fix it

  1. Get Super Admin access yourself. Ask the company page owner to grant you "Super Admin" access on LinkedIn, from Settings → Page Admins. Once you have it, reconnect the page and it will appear.

  2. Have someone else connect it for you. Invite a person who already has "Super Admin" access as a team member in PostPlanify (from Workspaces → Invite People). They can then connect the page on your behalf.

Still stuck?

If you have Super Admin access and the page still isn't showing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your LinkedIn account. If that doesn't work, reach out to us and we'll help you sort it out.
