Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

Written by Hasan Cagli

PostPlanify offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription, plus a 7-day free trial when you sign up. Here's how each works and how to request a refund if you need one.

7-day free trial

When you first sign up for a paid plan, you get a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

- You have full access to every feature included in the plan you selected

- You won't be charged until the trial ends

- You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged at all

To cancel during your trial, go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your plan will end at the end of your trial period and no charge will be made.

The free trial is available once per account. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, your next subscription starts charging immediately.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're charged for your first subscription and decide PostPlanify isn't right for you within 14 days of that charge, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

The 14 days start from the date of your first paid charge (after the trial ends).

When you're eligible

You're eligible for a refund if:

- It's been less than 14 days since your first paid charge

- You haven't requested a refund on a previous subscription with PostPlanify

- The charge wasn't part of an annual renewal beyond your first year

You're not eligible if:

- More than 14 days have passed since the charge

- You've already received a refund from us before

- The charge was for a yearly renewal in your second year or later (yearly subscriptions auto-renew; cancel before renewal to avoid the charge)

How to request a refund

The fastest way is to chat with us:

1. Open any page on PostPlanify

2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner

3. Tell us you'd like a refund and include your account email

You can also email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).

We typically respond within a few hours during business hours.

How long refunds take

Once we approve and process your refund:

- The refund is issued through Stripe (our payment processor)

- It usually appears in your account within 5–10 business days

- The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer

You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe when the refund is processed.

What happens to my data after a refund

When you request a refund, your subscription is cancelled and your account is downgraded:

- Your scheduled posts will continue to publish until your billing period ends, then stop

- Your data (posts, analytics, media) is retained in case you decide to come back

- Connected social accounts remain connected but may stop posting once your subscription ends

If you'd like your data fully deleted, let us know in the same chat or email and we'll handle it.

Annual subscriptions and renewals

If you're on a yearly plan and want to avoid the next year's charge, cancel before your renewal date. You can see your renewal date in Settings → Subscription.

Cancellations before the renewal date stop the next charge; cancellations after it are subject to the standard refund policy above (within 14 days of the renewal charge for first-year customers).
