Where to find it
1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Click Settings in the sidebar
3. Open the Subscription tab
You'll see your current plan, status, billing cycle, and next renewal date.
Upgrade or change your plan
To move up a tier (e.g. Growth → Premium → Scale):
1. Visit Settings -> Subscription
2. Click "Customer Portal"
3. You'll be redirect to Stripe Dashboard where you can see your current subscription, and change your plan by clicking "Update Subscription"
The new plan activates immediately. Stripe automatically charges the prorated difference.
Update payment method, invoices, or billing cycle
Click Customer Portal on the Subscription tab to:
- Update your card or payment method
- Download invoices and receipts
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- See your full billing history
You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe page and back to your dashboard when done.
Cancel your subscription
1. Go to Settings → Subscription
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Give your feedback, and then you'll be redirected to Stripe Dashboard where you can cancel your subscription by clicking "Cancel Subscription"
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period — nothing is lost immediately. You can resubscribe anytime from the pricing page.
Payment failed?
If a charge doesn't go through, we'll email you and Stripe will retry automatically. To resolve it manually:
1. Open Settings → Subscription
2. Click "Customer Portal"
3. Update your payment method
Access resumes as soon as the next charge succeeds.
